DAY-1: Chandigarh to Chail (125 km / 4 hrs)

On your arrival at Chandigarh railway station / airport you will be met by our driver and he will drive to you Chail (125 Kms, 4 Hrs) via Barog, Solan. Enroute you will stop for lunch break at Barog (2 hrs from Chandigarh) and comfort breaks and would have enough time to stop for photo breaks. On arrival at Chail check in to your hotel and evening is free to explore the walks in the beautiful surrounding of Chail. Chail has also the highest cricket ground in the world. The picturesque hill station located amidst scented forests of chir pine and gigantic deodars. In the evening we will drive you to visit the Kali ka Tibba for the sunset views. The Summer Place of Maharaja Bhupinder Singh, now famous as the Chail Place and is run as a Hotel by the tourism Department of Himachal Pradesh.

DAY-2: Chail to Kufri and to Shimla (45 km / 4-6 hrs.)

Today morning after breakfast we will drive you to the “Queen of hill stations”- Shimla which lies at a distance of 45 kms from Chail. Enroute we will visit Kufri Valley. We will visit Green valley, Yak Point, Chini Bunglow, Indira Tourist Park with mini zoo famous for Himalayan Pheasants at Kufri. You can also visit Mahasu Peak, in Kufri the highest point at Kufri and take a spectacular view of the Central Himalayas. You can walk upto the Mahasu Peak or even take a Himalayan Pony ride to the top of the peak. We will also visit the famous Jakhoo Temple of Shimla. Later on evening is free to walk around the Mall road of Shimla where you can visit the Ridge, The Christ Church of Shimla, The Gaiety Theatre building, the scandal point of Shimla. Second night hotel in Shimla. Overnight stay in Home stay / Hotel in Shimla as per your choice.

DAY-3: Shimla to Narkanda to visit The Hattu peak ( 130 kms / 7 hrs) and back to Shimla.

After breakfast at your hotel around 9:00 A.M .we will drive you to Narkanda ( 65 kms), famous for Skiing in the winters . We will be driving through the beautiful villages of Fagu, Theog, Matiana, where you can enjoy the scenic drive through the apple, Cherry and apricot orchards on the way to Narkanda. On arrival at Narkanda we will drive you to Hattu peak (10,000 feet) , where you can visit the famous wooden carved traditional temple of Goddess Kali. The Hattu peak offers the unmatched and magnificent views of the Central Himalayas along with villages and the valleys below. Later on you can have lunch at the local restaurant in Narkanda and we will drive you for the second night sty to the home stay / hotel in Shimla.

DAY-4: Shimla – Joy ride on Toy Train and visit Tara Devi temple.

Today Morning after breakfast we will transfer you to Shimla railway station from where you will board the famous Shimla Kalka toy train at 10:30 A.M to Shoghi 11:45 A.M. The famous mountain Railways of India — The train travels slowly through the hills and tunnels, over the bridges, forest full of Rhododendron trees and presents beautiful views of the countryside’s. On arrival at Shoghi you will be pick up by our driver and he will drive you to Tara Devi temple on the top of the hill. You can spend your time here visiting the temple and admiring the beautiful views of Shimla Hills, later we will drive you back to Shimla town and we will visit the famous Viceregal Lodge also known as the Indian Institute of advance studies — where arrangements for the partition of India and Pakistan were worked out. Later on drive back to the mall Road and evening is free to explore the mall road of Shimla and to visit the Christ Church, the Gaiety Theatre, the ridge with its scandal point and the Lakkar bazaar of Shimla. Third night in the same home stay / Hotel in Shimla.

DAY-5: Shimla to Chandigarh drop (120 kms / 4 hrs)

Today morning after breakfast we will drive you to Chandigarh and will drop you at Chandigarh railway station / airport from where you will board your flight / train back to your place.

This is where the tour ends. However, if you wish to stay longer in Chandigarh / Shimla we can make arrangements for you to be transferred to the airport / railway station / bus station at a later time. The same tour could be done from Delhi to Delhi back with a private car or even as a Volvo Honeymoon tour Package.

How to book this tour

Himachal Trip Expert will come in to a contract with you after conformation of your booking. You can book this tour after paying at least 25% of the total tour Cost; remaining amount can be paid before the commencement of tour. Frequent customers may be exempted from the advance payment. The booking amount may be increased during the peak seasons.

General Rules

The package is completely subject to availability at the time of making the booking. We do not hold any booking. The company will not be responsible for any Refund, Compensation or Claim for shortage of Tour Days or for Cancellation, Postponement, fog, Curfew and roadblock and landslides or any natural calamities beyond our control. The normal Cancellation charges will be applicable in such conditions. All Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Shimla Only.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel Your Booking by email and request for Cancellation should receive our office by email from the person/representative of the person who made the booking.

Cancellation Charges

• Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
• 30 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
• 15 to 7 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
• Less than 7 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
• No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It's purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Refunds normally take 10 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & transferred electronically to your bank account.
